What a relief

I was reading Dr. Mindy’s book about menopause and she mentioned using red lights to help with sleep. Wow! So grateful!!

Once the sun goes down, I only have red light on in the house until I fall asleep. I still watch TV or look at my phone as I like, the overall ambiance is the red lights. My sleep has been MUCH improved and I find the awake time with the red lights to be very soothing as well. It’s supposed to mimic the sunset and tell my body to produce melatonin. It’s doing something positive for sure. I can really feel the energetic effect!
